It’s a big industry, and we want to hear from you about the people you think make it a remarkable one, too.

RIA Intel is excited to announce that the call for nominations is now open for the second annual RIA Intel Awards! The awards are a celebration of financial advisors, wealth management firms, and others who support them. See the bottom of the page for all categories, and use this nomination form.

The RIA Intel Awards will recognize difference-makers in the industry, including advisors and firms of the year, “Rising Stars,” and the “Industry Advocate of the Year.” The RIA Intel Awards Dinner (see below) is a chance for some of the most distinguished people in wealth management to come together and celebrate one another. Of course, there will be hardware for winners to take home, but the real point is to recognize excellence and what inspires it. We promise you’ll have a hell of a good time, too.

Methodology

There are three types of nominations for the RIA Intel Awards: Self-nominations, nominations by peers, and nominations by the editors of RIA Intel and/or directors of the RIA Institute. Nominations for the same firm or individual in multiple categories are accepted. You can nominate yourself and/or your firm. You can nominate others in your firm or outside your firm.

Finalists will be chosen by the RIA Intel editorial team with help from the RIA Institute’s advisory board, a 24-member group of professionals from some of the most successful RIAs. Winners are selected at the discretion of the editors of RIA Intel, informed by our own reporting, conversations with peers and industry leaders, and the RIA Institute advisory board.

There is no nomination/application fee for the RIA Intel Awards, nor will any fees be solicited or accepted in exchange for consideration as a finalist or winner.
